This visit is exactly what it sounds like: we come see the house. No pitch, no paperwork, no "so, have you thought about listing?" speech. But since we'll be walking through your home, you deserve to know who we are first.
We'll walk the house with you, take a few notes, and ask a few questions, mostly the kind only an owner can answer. If you want our honest read on anything, ask and you'll get it.
What you won't get: a presentation, a contract, or a hard sell. You will not be asked to sign anything or decide anything.
Every agent on this team lives and sells here.
The visit is more useful when you make us work. A few questions owners get real value out of:
"What would this house actually sell for, and how would you price it?"
"What would you fix before selling, and what would you leave exactly as it is?" (The second half of that question saves people real money.)
"How do you get multiple buyers competing over one house?"
"What do you see in this house that we've stopped noticing?"
We mean that. Plenty of owners do it well, and if you never call us again, we'll be glad we got to see the house.
And if you're ever curious what it looks like when we do it, the whole playbook is one link away. Read it whenever, or never.
